We placed an order for a pair of shoes and a t-shirt. When we received the packet we only got the shoes in it and the tshirt wasn't there but the bill of the tshirt was there. We had to make the payment for both the shoes and t-shirt andnow when we call the customer care they say the order has been delivered wjereas in reality, we have paid for the tshirt bu didnt receive it.
I request you to take an action on it.

This is the 3rd class service provided by Jabong. They have given me ML Logistic tracking no, which shows invalid. My order is not yet received. Moreover, contact number given is invalid. Jabong is not having proper tracking system itself. I would request all not to place any order through Jabong..
