[Resolved] Jabong.com — Items missing in the shipment | |||||
I ordered clothes for a child. When my order was delivered, it was mentioned that the package consisted of 1 BODYSUITS and 3 other item(s) from your order number [protected]. However a child dress (Red Liliput dress) was missing. I raised multiple complaints with Jabong over phone and email, but without effect. This is SHEER CHEATING by Jabong.co. Please advice. I have also escalated the issue to the chief manager but nothing has happened in the past 7 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
