Had registered a complaint on 7th June. Regarding my product 1. Box damaged 2. Charger missing 3. No booklet inside 4. No watch stand I was assured a reply till 11th June but I got none. Next date given was 13th June for final closure of the complaints. But I got no reply. Next date given was 15th June still same.i was told to go showroom but on going the showroom claimed no responsibility for damaged product by Jabong. Next date on call was 17june.now 20th June. Kindly tell me what to do now and stand upto the reputation of your company. I'm really sad and disappointed by this response from your end..
