I ordered a t-shirt through order no. [protected] from jabong by paying in advance but till date the product has not been delivered to me.
I raised this concern to [protected]@jabaong.com through complaint numbers 52144665 & 51149037, after 5-6 days i got a mail from jabong saying that the product has been delivered to "ramana reddy" and they shared a signature (Claiming that he is my neighbor), now who is this "ramana reddy" even i don't know. I asked jabong to share his number or to call him directly, so that i can get my product. But i didn’t receive the number (Of the person) or my product or refund from jabong and now they have closed my concern.
I want to raise this from your forum:
1. How jabong ensure's that they are delivering it to the correct person without verifying the ids or seeing any authorization letter / identity card of the buyer & without giving a call to the buyer as i didn't receive any call at the time of handover. On what basis you have delivered to "ramana reddy".
2. How the buyer will know that you have delivered his product if you are not giving him a call at the time of delivery
How can jabong ignore the simple authorization process which is the basic of running e-commerce business. It's not the duty of the buyer to search his parcel and that too without having any number. You can't simply run from your responsibility by sharing the signature.
You are requested to refund my amount and refine your processes, slas especially with your courier partner. Why a buyer will suffer & get harassed from all this.
