[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Jabong - sells fake products, terrible call center, no refunds

Im writing to you since issues with jabong and the unethical way it conducts business is really disturbing.
I had a horrible experience on jabong site, starting with receiving my first order.

1: fake products - fraud by jabong - the apparel sent was not as advertised on the site and was super cheap material that even a road-side retailer won't sell. See image attached.

2: cancelled order not refunded after 7 business days - order returned, your call center says that its not - the problem was that i raised return request twice since your amazing system didn't update my return. Now i'm following up to get my money back and every time there is a new story. Today, i received text message to confirm receipt of payment - and as usual it was a bunch of lies that jabong spewed.

3. Cancelled order not refunded after 7 business days - order cancelled - was prepaid - payment was to be refunded within 7 days - its 8 business days toady - no update - no refund rolled back in bank account. Call center people are not sure if it would be done partly.
