Jabong.com — jabong sent wrong defective product and refused to return courier/shipping charges | |||||
Reference:order number[protected]-6306403 I have purchased the above product ie Blue checked slim fit casual shirt Size: 38 | qty: 1 Sold by: mayazen When i found the product i seen that the product delivered is of wrong size is 44 (M). It is seen that manufacturing was also very old ie 2016. The condition of the product also looking not well treated means lots of crease found on it. The product was ordered on 5/11/2018, received on 9/11/2018 and return back on 10.11.2018. I have paid rs 882.95 including shipping charge of rs 149. You can see that inr 149.00 is charged as courier charges. You can understand that in this situation i am very disappointed that while talking to your customer care representative, he told that returning courier/shipping charges can not be refunded even if mistake from jabong side. This situation is indicating that the major part in this deal is courier charges. So many times i talked to customer care jabong but they are not at all listening the matter not diverting to higher authorities. There is no much customer care details available on jabong application. This is looks like they want hide customer care information. At last i request your good office to act ethically and morally. Once again you are requested to return my full amount ie inr 882.95 (Including courier charges). Hope, you can understand my feeling. I request your platform to raise this issue.
