Have purchased kurti from jabong.com on 27 OCT 2015 with order number [protected] There was issue of size so requested jabong to replace the kurti. Called there help center on 27 Oct itself and asked them to replace the kurti. They asked me to raise reverse pick up request from there website. On checking via there website it said that no reverse pickup can be done from my address I called there helpdesk again and they asked me to do the courier on my own. I raised a complaint to do the reverse pickup and next day got a call from Jabong with assurance that reverse pick up would be done from there end On 6 nov someone came to do the reverse pickup where it was mentioned that i need to return three products for reverse pick up(which I never ordered) Again i called there helpdesk and sent email to [protected]@jabong.com and informed about the same Again they gave me fake assurance that someone will come for the reverse pickup which unfortunately did not happen Yesterday 9 nov i repeated the same task of calling and sending email to jabong that send someone for reverse pickup and again they assured me that in next 48 hours reverse pick up would be done. Instead of doing the reverse pick up they sent me sms""we tried to call you on [protected] regarding complaint with reference num 23451716 but failed in connecting with you. Nevertheless, we will contact you again." yesterday as well as today On 10 nov same repeat activity was done to call and send email to jabong and this time they were not ready to share their supervisor names. I would request people NOT TO ORDER any product from this website where in name of festival they are offering all fake services with fake assurance Was this information helpful? | |||||
