Jabong.com — money deducted but refund not given. - pos transaction and increased harassment as the company kept denying the transaction

This is to highlight the hopeless customer experience that i had with jabong.com. I had been a regular customer of jabong and used to order products/good worth thousands every month.
However, on 15th of december, 2017 last month, products were supposed to be delivered of an amount of 4148 inr. The delivery guy was carrying a pos machine and the card was swiped 2 to 3 times but he kept saying that the transaction was unsuccessful. Finally, he left without delivering the product saying that we will have to do cash payment for the product to get delivered. After some time, a message was received stating that the amount had been deducted from the account. On his later visit, we paid him the amount 4148 inr in cash and asked him about the deducted amount from the account so he asked us to get in touch with the customer service and the money will get refunded. As suggested, we started following up on the same with customer service. They asked for the bank statements, message received from the bank about the deduction and also an error message [ error message: "transaction is already in process"] which was received when we were trying to make the same transaction of 4148 inr with same card on the machine of the executive on his next visit. All proofs clearly showed that the transaction done was successful.

Anyway, all this was just the tip of iceberg and just the beginning of the ordeal faced with these buggers! Then the chase started and i started sending follow up mails frequently. They kept giving some version or the other.in spite of the proofs, they kept saying that we will get back to you shortly. After around 2 months, they started with another drama, stating that their legal team was looking into it. Same drama went on for another month. After which, to my dismay, they finally got back saying that the vendor has confirmed that no such transaction was done and no amount was received. This was my breaking point and i kept sending mails saying that when all the proofs had been shared but nothing got resolved. After 4 months when i got in touch with my bank - they took another 45 days to find out that the transaction was a success. They shared all the proofs with us and both in hard and soft copies with exact details, documentation and acceptance from the vendor about receiving the amount - 4148 inr. Jabong was informed via emails and proofs were shared and it has already been more 25 days and today, i received an email from the chief manager saying that the amount will get refunded in 2 days and "we understand your concern and your understanding and patience are highly appreciated in this regard."

Really?? What rubbish is this? These people should get sued or rather boycotted by the e-commerce users since this is the level of indecency these guys can drop down to. What all can a customer do and chase when it's about his/her own money. They absolutely have no respect or humanity. This is an alarm for all the jabong customers that in spite of the good products that jabong sells or has... This is what their customer service, legal team can do to harass their regular customers.
