Jabong.com — money has not been returned after expiry of 7 working days which was paid twice for the same product | |
I paid twice for the same product Karen millen watch & that is 4462rs which is not returned even after expiry of 7days. I placed order on 25th Jan and while I was placing order for the 1st it suddenly goes out of stock and with the completion of transaction it is debited to jabong.Then after few minutes the product again displayed in the stock and then again I paid for it. But money which was deducted while I was first placing order is not returned till yet.When I complain to the customer care they are saying jabong doesn't receive that amount it might be stuck at the payment gateway but I have all the details with the account statement as well as mail which shows that I paid twice for the same product to the jabong which is successfully debited & not returned till yet.
