Jabong.com — my order is not confirmed but the amount is debited from my bank account | |
While paying for the order id [protected] via PNB net banking the amount of the garment Rs. 1040 was deducted from my bank account but on your site, the order was first shown as failed transaction and later canceled. Please resolve this issue and kindly tell me when will my money be refunded. On Jabong's help section it is shown that for this type of issue the amount is refunded within 7 working days, I can't wait that long. So, please resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thanks.
