[Resolved] Jabong.com — my orders | |||
Ongoing issue with the delivery of my products: 1. Order: [protected] date: sun 31st dec 8:22 pm Order has been cancelled as the delivery team could not deliver the product. Address was the same for previous 2 orders prior that Spoke to customer care team when the order was reatttempted for next 24 hours, they assured me that i would get. I spoke to delivery service guy, says he cannot deliver. Next day when i checked order was cancelled and my refund was generated which is non sense. 2. Order: [protected] my current order. Same delivery is being handled, order reattempted to deliver, spoke with the chat team. Assured that i would get. Hoping i would get. If this order gets cancelled too, then i will post on facebook.
