Dear sir I have purchased some products of speedo from jabong which were not satisfactory at all. When i complaint about them they were ready to help me even going beyond to their return policies as return window was closed for those products, which was very appreciatiable from them. I live in a different country so they told me to send those products to india safely in a address which is suitable for them to pick from. As i sent address to confirm whether it is suitable or not for pickup, next day they said ur return pickup has failed. They know it very well that it will take at least 3-4days to reach india. Now they are not responding to my mails. I have already sent products with someone who is going to india and they be available on friday onwards. Please help me in this regard.
