My order no [protected]. I received my puma pant via a third party jabong courier service on july 8th.as the size was not fitting i wanted to either return it or exchange it. But when i went to track order in jabong app.the product is still in transit status its july 30th today and still the product has not changed to delivered status without which i cannot initiate return. I have been trying to contact the customercare via mail for last 20 plus days. But they have not replied to my mails and no action taken. Kindly take necessary action and resolution for me.
