[Resolved] Jabong.com — No refund | |
Hi,
I have ordered a top on Jabong through advance payment which I got it in more than 10 days after rigorous follow ups.
My order Id was: [protected]..I requested for the return on the same day of the delivery because of size issue.
After around a month, I still have not got the refund despite of 20 mails to head customer care & refund of jabong as well.
I have also sent them my bank account statement as well as requested by them..now they are asking my bank statement from the order date for investigation, which I fail to understand the reason as I got the delivery post 10 days of order, so what investigation they want to do with that 10 days of bank statement.
I personally feel that that this is just cheating & exploitation of customers without any reason, they ask lots of personal details, but don't want to refund the money.
This gives an impression of an unethical company which doesn't follow any ethics & integrity. Was this information helpful? | |
