Hi, I have written below message 3 days back to customer service/manager Jabong.com. and no response received till now.
This is regrading order no : [protected] @ Jabong.com, and it shows the current status as per below -

Product has returned back to warehouse.
We see that this product has been returned back to our warehouse. Please call customer service on [protected] or write to us at [protected]@jabong.com for more information.
So i have below question :
1. how to talk to you guys ? through customer service ? not at all possible as i have tried multiple times. thats the reason i am writing mail.
Hope i will get response.
2. as per current status : "Product has returned back to warehouse.
--" then why informing now ? i mean why not before. what will be the further action.
and who is going to pay for this delay.
And this is my first experience with Jabong acquired by Myntra company. i hope ll get response sooner.
