I have ordered 6 jeans item which cost about 53k. Jabong have blacklisted my account without prior intimation. If they have blocked my account why did jabong delivered item. If they blocked my account then they should stop delivering my item which i have ordered. But jabong delivered the item but refused to accept my return saying that it won't accept blocked account return and said to refer terms and conditions.
In terms and conditions they have not mentioned that they wouldn't accept return of blacklisted account.in terms conditions they said the would blacklist account but not said anything about return of item after blacklisting.
In terms and condition you have mentioned that after blacklisting any account you won't provide any service but you have delivered item after blacklisting my account which was service. Jabong itself not following its own terms and conditions. Which makes user to follow terms and conditions which was not even mentioned. Just trying to escape.
My only question is if you have blacklisted my account why did you delivered the item. If you can't accept return or refund of blacklisted account then why did you delivered the item. The delivering item has 15 days return policy according to your terms you should accept return.
