Jabong.com — not delivered the item, but got sms as delivered | |||||
My order no:[protected]-814590 (Ordered on 20th december 2018) as not delivered but got sms as product delivered and not even gave me call by delivery agent and amount has been debited from my card inr 1425.40. But customer care service did not resolved the problem asking for 2 days time. Please resolve my complaint against jabong and courier partner regarding my product libas kurtas (2 nos) or by refunding my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, I had placed an order and wanted to pay via my debit card. On entering my details, the payment failed twice. Third time, I received an SMS for the amount debited in my account however Jabong after once showing successful payment, showed "failed order, retry". The amount has not rolled back to my account. Please reply ASAP.
