Jabong.com — not delivering my order since 20 days

I have ordered cross clog and it's flip flop for about 1800 and the payment was paid on 25th january on jabong. The gave me the delivery date 10 february and than said product is delayed it will be delivered you buy 12 february and after this they said the product is delayed one more time and it will be delivered buy 15 february and till now it is not delivered and the last update is of 10 february on tracking page i have also talked to jabong customer care team but they are not doing anything about this. My tracking number is mljp2348049

I'm waiting for the update...There is no way to even ask for a quicker delivery system...really disappointed by jabong delivery system...ml package delivery is showing my awb number invalid

Hi Team,

i am a regular customer to Jabong yet have to bear rude behavior of pick up boy.

Working class can`t sit at home and wait for pick up person to come .

By taking the pick up Jabong is not doing any favour.

Customers do pay for everything.
