Jabong.com — not exchanging / returning | |||||
I had bought (Order ID: [protected]) of Jeans and wanted to exchange it due to size issue. But there is no pick up from my area although they have delivered the item at my place. When Jabong customer care is contacted they asked me to self-ship it to “Gurgaon Location/warehouse” which is so far from my place (Approx 400 Km), I spent the lot of time to sort this thing out. Its just so unprofessional of them. If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my shirts returned. This is very bad, & look you are cheating with us. If i don't get this issue resolved within reasonable time i will be forced to publish my grievance so other customers will be saved from this agony.
