Hi,
this is bibhu.i have a placed a product on 03rd of Nov 2015 with order ID:-[protected].The product should deliver on or before 13th of Nov 2015.Today is 16th Nov 2015.but i didn't receive the product yet.From last 1 week i am getting 2 message daily(1 in the morning showing "Product is out for delivery")and the 2nd one is "Delivery was unsuccessful and will reattempt in next 24hrs".But not even a single time i got a call from the delivery boy regarding the same.I used to call customer care and informed the same.They used to give the same reply as they have informed to the courier people and product will deliver soon.The same repetitive wordings am listening from last 3-4 days.Even i asked for courier guy number, they are not giving.Finally today i got a call from the courier guy and he was telling like "he is in some other place and cannot deliver the product today(16thNov2015). Again i called to customer care regarding the same and the executive was just replying the same thing like other customer care people and i asked him to forward the call to supervisor but he cut my phone without giving.
Is this the way company should behave with the customer just like neglecting.
please review the same and guys, don't even look in to jabong site at all.Delivery is worst ... Was this information helpful? |
yesterday no body has called even after so much of discussion with customer care people.Today also half day is gone.
I should get 10 times of price for this.Is this the way you should treat the customer..only for namesake yesterday
discussion with only lots of "Sorry" has copied and pasted.i don't understand why people are using the word "sorry" ?
Is this the word we learn form the foreigners to control the situation, then you don't have any ethics.
