I have raised a complaint against an order from jabong but didn't receive any resolution from them yet. They have asked for 48 hours and I have given then the same. Still They are not at all replying to my mails. I was a surprise present for someone but they ruined the entire plan. I want them to send the product to me as soon as possible as I needed it urgently. Please help me to sort out the issue asap.

Updated by jasmeetkaur15 I have ordered 1 product on 9th sept and I didn't receive it yet. These people are not responding to my mails properly and are very rude when I call them.

Now I want refund from them but they are not refunding my amount. Its been more than 20 days but no output from them. Everytime they say they will provide resolution but they fail. I am fed up of calling and mailing. Please help asap
