Dear Sir,
Your company representatives have been harrasing me for the last 15 days for the refund of Rs 1578 for the above mentioned order no. Today they provided me with a transaction id no. [protected] which doesnt exist in Paytm Records, I[censored] r sure about the payment, why dont u show me the screenshot o[censored]r paytm statement just like i have shown u mine.
Now u r saying that u have paid my refund and paytm is denying the same, I am at the crossroads here, i have nothing, i have made a mistake ordering from Jabong. Sir, its ur responsitibility to help me get my refund because i have ordered from ur site. uur simply giving me transaction id which doesnt exist doesnt solve anything So i m begging u to please help me.
Upon checking it with paytm, they have clearly denying receiving any refund from jabong.

Since u can see from my passbook screenshots and paytm reply that i havent received my refund of Rs 1578 yet. i request you to please look in to the matter and help me getting back my money. Sir, this is my money i m taking about, which i paid from my own pocket, this is not a cashback or discount which u r not giving me.
