[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order not delivered for order number [protected]

I had placed on order on 3rd January, 2016 (Order No. [protected]). I had also paid the amount at the time of placing the order. However, till date the order has not been delivered to me. I registered a complaint with the Jabong customer care on 16 January, 2016. The complaint ID is 25449002. I was told that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours, however there has been no response from Jabong till now. Completely frustrated with the way things have been handled.
