[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order not delivered in 3 weeks | |||||
Hi, I placed an order on jabong id ([protected]) on 14 Jul. Till now the order has not been delivered. Now the order doesn't make sense as I had procured similar items from the shop due to urgency. I had escalated to Jabong but till now the company has not contacted me. This is sheer irresponsibility on Jabong's end. Jabong needs to cancel this order and make amends for my loss.
