[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order not delivered on time and is still pending and current status of order cannot be traced

My order number is [protected].It was to be delivered on 5th October but still not received.No one from Jabong is able to provide me any update regarding it.The product cannot be traced.I don't know when it will be delivered.I have already paid for it. People are apologizing but not doing anything.
