Jabong.com — Order not received even after 12 days | |||
Hi Jabong Team, i had placed a order for Sweatshirt on 24th dec - 2013, desired receiving date was 2 dec, till date(07/01/2014) i have not recieved the Order . Order no :- BLRMP10002209 I had placed order thinking I would wear that sweatshirt during main winter season, but I guess due to delayed and pathetic delivery service of your partner - JAVAS (through which I would recieve order) . I would be able to use that sweatshirt in next winter only. My kind suggestion for you people would be to change your courier partner, or if not able to change courier partner atleast train those brainless donkeys enough that they can read a customer address properly and reach the order within promised time .
