The order was raise (Order number[protected]-3661501) on 12 aug 2018 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 21 aug. It was showing as in progress until i made a call to customer care. Now this is changed to delayed status. I can fully understand the delays, what i cannot understand is they are not ready to have this order cancelled and saying they need another 5 business days to track it and i need to wait. Neither they are unable to track it now nor ready to cancel it. This is frustrating. Again i am not saying i have big concerns with the delays, rather the concern is that they are not ready to cancel the order although the problem is at their end.
