Jabong.com — order undelivered | |||
I placed an order on jabong.com on 5th of April 2018 which was delivered to me on 10th April but because the size didn't fit me i raised a exchange request for size replacement.The new product was shipped by them on 14th April and reached the destination city on 17th April.Its been 7 days from today noone from courier company tried to contact me.The expected delivery was on 23 April which has passed, from 2-3 days i have been contacting Jabong by live chat option and explaining them the whole incidence daily but their customer service support failed helping.This kind of behaviour by such a company is unaaceptable.Since i wasn't contacted by courier company i told Jabong's representative to contact on my behalf and tell them to contact me but he ignored it by saying that we also don't have the contact details of our partner.On 21st April it shows the status as failed delivery.Today it's 24th April and still i have not been contacted by any of them, it's a paid order.One day their representative told me on chat that I can't help you do whatever you want to do and gave me the email id to contact chief manager of Jabong and to complain against him.This is how Jabong works.Highly disappointing. Hi, I ve bought a tennis shoe for a international tournament, it was torn as my daughter wore it for the first time, pl look into the matter and do the needful
