[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Poor Quality and unable to return

Hello, This email is in reference to my order: [protected], I received it on time and I am very thankful for that but I didn't like the product: Entropy sweater as the quality is very poor. I have placed orders for so many products but this is the worst products I bought so far. I don't want this product. Called to you CS and they said that the policy has changed and they don't have the option to pick the product for return. ARE YOU SERIOUS????????? If you don't have service to pick the product then why you deliver it. Guys, please talk in business terms. I want this product to be return and get my money back with shipping and COD charges. Please respond as soon as possible but not with same answer as you could not do that. I am want to inform that I stay there and my work location is also for same pin code so don't ask me for different address. Regards, Sandeep
