This complaint is in reference to my order: [protected] I received it on time and I am very thankful for that but I didn't like the product: I sent an email to CS for return and they have the policy has changed and they don't have the option to pick the product for return. If you don't have service to pick the product then why you deliver it. Everytime is the same issue, No response from last 10 hours regarding the pick-up. I belied in you guys, placed order for 2 products but this is what you are giving to your customers. I want this product to be return and get my money back with taxes.
If I would have time to courier to you people then better I would have gone to store to buy the product. I need resolution asap.
