[Resolved]  Jabong.com — Poor service and return issue

Its been more than two weeks no one came to pick up my return order as the shoe size didn't fit me i wanted to return it. After week of mailing them they sent me a number of an employee that doesn't even work for them anymore.
The product i ordered is vans shoes i ordered size 5.5 but it doesn't fit me.
Moreover they assured me that this matter will be solved in 7 days and i kept patience but now another week has been passed and i got no notification regarding this,
They keep sending offers to buy more products but no information regarding return and refund.
I want this matter to resolved as quickly as possible
I just want them to return this product and get the amount back

I was supposed to get my package delivered by today. But on the mercy of the people of Jabong, they haven't even dispatched my parcel. I request to file a strong complaint in against of them. And I need a strong and due apologetic action.

My order number is [protected]. I ordered 'Ritu Kumar dress on 8th it was supposed to be shipped on 11th and delivered on Thursday. It isnt even shipped yet. whats the estimated time of delivery.
