I purchased a pair of shoes on March 25th (lorded: [protected]) and that was the beginning of a long Head Ache. Jabong started posting on the delivery statements (more than once) that "Customer Requested to Change the Delivery date” which I never did. I then placed a complaint here and in Jabong (complaint number:[protected] and received a call from some Jr. Jabong executive informing me they would do their "level best to deliver the shoes as soon as possible". This sentence actually means nothing!!!
I asked when they would deliver the shoes and he said he does not know, I asked what they were doing and he said their level best which is not considered even reasonable for me. I again posted another complaint (Number[protected].
On the next day I called them to ask about the status of the order they told me unfortunately they could not inform me anything since your my had been “escalated” - Whatever that means…
Yesterday on April 7th (13 days after the order was placed) I received a call from Jabong.com saying my goods had been returned because the PIN code was wrong. This statement again is not True! I double checked and of course the PIN code is precise and accurate but their service is so poor and incompetent that they cannot even find a city by the PIN code and mixed Vadodara with Palanpur.
I strongly suggest that EVERYONE that can avoids Jabong as much as possible. If you take 5 minutes and go through the complaints posted here you will see that this did not just happened to me and It seems a constant from their end specially with SHOES. If I had seen the complains before I would have never tried their service (or should I say non-service) Jabong.com, took my money, posted lies, committed to do their level best which now turned out to be = not delivering the Goods.
