I have placed the order for olivia garden dry detangler and i have received a completely # different specification product the olivia garden wet detangler # which is unusuable for my purpose... I want to place a return for the product and claim my refund as bank transfer as i don't wish to buy from the seller again...
I have shared the images of the received product... Kindly verify with the original product images and place a return for this wrong product delivered and help process my refund... I have made several calls to jabong about this but no reply so far... If possible arrange the pickup from your side...
