I order two clothing items before the end of reason sale started so i had to pay extra to buy them.. I got confirmation on the products and one was shipped on time while the other was not.. After 3days i got a text that there has been a delay with the shipment and today i saw that it has been cancelled and i wasn't even notified.. I already paid for it and now i can't re order again as it says the size i ordered isn't available anymore and that's the only reason i paid extra to get the products before the sale starts..
What should i do now? What's the next step to this complaint?
