Jabong.com — product delivered and not acceptance of call

The product is not delivered even when I have received that my product is out for delivery and eventually after 3days the product is auto returned. I have also called to your complaint no. But nobody accepts the call. I don't know what is wrong with you all even I have mailed @jabongcare but no response. The delivery person don't responds to my call, till now 3-4 of my product is auto returned. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
