Allegation: 1. No update on the product delivery if schedule delivery date is delayed via phone call or sms or email. 2. No customer relationship for those who make net banking payment. 3. Product return limit is within 15 days. Even after delivery of the product and sending delivery confirmation SMS to customer, they dont activate the RETURN option at site i.e My orders. 4. Customer care No.[protected] is a eye wash. They never attend the call and only repeatedly thanks customer for holding the call by saying "thank you for your patience".
