Order ending with - 04947. I had placed an order with jabong for two dresses on 5th jan, 2018. I returned the products on 10th jan, 2018 and still now i didn't get refund for one of my product and when i call jabong they say its already initiated by their end and when i check with bank they say that they didn't receive the money. I had called jabong customer care for the 3rd time on 2/13/18 regarding the written confirmation that the money is refunded to the bank and they told they need 24 hrs to send that email and till now i didn't get any email from them, when i called now they are again asking me to wait till end of the day.
