I have ordered a dress material from jabong on 29th feb 2016 order no-[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by first flight courier on 8th march In pune. I have been tracking this and on 8th march it was showing as delivered on jabong. Whereas it is still not delivered and i have no idea what fraud is going on. I have already paid for this as this was a gift for my sis In law. I raised a complaint with jabong and they are asking me to wait. Really concerned about my money as this is the first time this kindof incident has happened to me. I have been ordering frm other online shopping sites and this has never been the case.

After assurances from Jabong still i have not recieved my product after waiting for 10 days and 48 hours has already crossed. No resolution, no calls and No delivery. Now i am not interested In the product, just want my money back.i have spent money on calling customer care. Biggest mistake of my life i ordered from Jabong instead of Myntra, flipkart, Amazon where i usually shop from without any hassle till date.

Orders not delivered and still show delivered. Amount fully paid for a gift and product still not delivered. Jabong courier guy is lying that it has been delivered. No resolution by jabong and No refund. Pathetic experience.
Hi,

I have raised my complain on 3rd of march mentioning that I have not received the product (order number [protected]) then why delivery message come to me.
I have mentioned that delivery boy called me on 1st of march and asked me to collect the product from their office( around 1.5km from my home) when I denied and asked them to deliver the product they said they will do on the next day.

When I didn't get the call from him I have called him on 3rd of march then he said he forgot to delver he will do the same on the next day. All of sudden I got a message from Jabong of product delivery But still I have not received the product.
I made my complain on 3rd march, Since then I have followed my making calls 3 or 4 times. But I didn't get the resolution from your side.

I doon't know even the matter can be resolved or not ? Will I get my product or money back? this is the worst online service I have faced till date. The issue is with delivery and I don't have any proof to prove that I have not received.
