I placed an order on July 01 2018. Order number [protected]. The scheduled dispatch date 4th Jul, delivery date 9th Jul. Even now, the order is not dispatched. In the app, the status shown is "Dispatch is getting delayed. Will update in 12 hours." But same message for last 7 days. I tried to cancel the order. But while placing the order, I made a mistake in the mobile number. Probably because of that, the order is not listed for cancellation. Getting "order:null" message there. I called them and I sent them a mail on 7th July. Got a standard response. "We will look into the issue and update you" But no updates. Was this information helpful? |
