I ordered one product from Jabong.com on 14th July. Today it is 11th August and the product is still not even dispatched. I have ordered that product in order to gift to a friend of mine. And now I am in a total embarrassing position.
Can anybody let me know what is wrong here?
If Jabong is not able to deliver that product, is it not their responsibility to at least contact me and initiate a refund.
I have called the customer care multiple times but nobody is picking up the call. They are not replying to mails.
Is this the way how jabong is harassing their customers?
