Jabong.com — product ordered not delivered yet got delivery message, no resolution since last 10 days | |
Totally disappointed with the delivery & customer care services of jabong will recommend no one to shop from jabong this is with reference to order id[protected]-5150303. I placed this order on 28 nov, 2018 after got the message as "order delivered" on 2 dec, 2018 which was not actually delivered neither i have got no of the delivery boy which they generally text before delivery, to whom i could have asked for the delivery status and inform that i got such message without delivery, hence i raised the complaint the very same day. Since then following with customer care so-called "champions" in every 2- 3 days, no resolution or any update about the issue till now neither they are refunding the amount which i already asked for as i am fed up of following them. They are not even bothered to update me at least once in these 10 days instead i have to call them in every 2 -3 days to ask for the update and every time same answer "we are working on this it will get resolved in next 24/ 48 hours" but no update on the issue. Strange that how they are fooling the customers. No value of customer time and money. The only thing they have some fake words to speak that it will get resolved blah blah.
