Jabong.com — product returned, but still getting "your jabong return pickup failed" message everyday and refund not initiated | |||
Order id:[protected]-6252403 - i had ordered a pair of grey shoes from jabong on 10th may 2019 and the shoes were delivered to my home on 15th may 2019. - on 16th may i had raised a request for return and on 20th may the guy came and picked up the shoes from my home. He told me that i will receive the confirmation message regarding the pick up within an hour or two. - its been 4 days and still i have received any message from jabong confirming that my order has been picked up. Also i haven't received any update on refund initiation. On contrary, they keep on sending the "the pickup has been rescheduled on my request." message everyday. - i have raised a complaint (In[protected]) and done multiple followups with the jabong customer care since 20th may 2019 regarding the same, they all keep on giving same template answers that they will look into this and provide a resolution within 48 hours, and still there is no resolve.
