I had ordered US Polo Sneakers and Invictus wallet on 3rd Jun 2019 and made online payment.
The delivery of these 2 items was scheduled for 5th Jun 2019, and the delivery guy marked status as Delivered without actually making the delivery.
I raised this issue with Customer care on 6th Jun 2019, but still after nearly a week gone by, I have not received any updates despite following up multiple times with customer care team over calls and email.
