Jabong.com — product size issue

I bought a pair of shoe and i need to exchange them but iam not able to exchange because of non serviceable pincode. I applied almost every pincode that is related to me and no response. The product has been received since 3-4 days before. I need to exchange them very soon. I want just a size exchange not a product. Please please help me out with this. As i expected it was so easy and smooth to handle till when it comes to enter pincode. That is the only problem.
Jabong is one of my favourite online shopping app. Hope jabong team wont make disappoint me with this. Only found this way to expose you. No other way i could find out. Exchange is only possible within 15 days and i have been trying since the days i got and till now i could apply.
