[Resolved] Jabong.com — Product was not delivered and amount was not credited in my bank a/c | |||
On 15th August, 2016 I ordered a dress from jabong.com and made payment through debit card (Order id: [protected]). Expected delivery date was 25th August, 2016. But on 19th August, 2016 I got sms and email about delay delivery and informed me they would reply me within 2days. After 2 days I didn't get any response from them. So on 23 August, 2016 I mailed them to know the status of the order. Then they made a refund request in jabong credits against my order. They didn't deliver the product hence I demanded refund money in my given bank a/c number. Till now the money hasn't been credited in my bank a/c and they are not responding.
