Hi, On 17th May, I ordered few items and got delivered on 20th May. Order#[protected]-6190403. Now, expect TWO items I am not satisfied with the product quality of other items and wanted to return them, though, system is not allowing me to do the same with message, these items are not eligible for return only exchange can be initiated. I am not able to understand if product quality is not as per the standards then what someone will do with those items, just to keep them as a show piece. Total order cost was 7500 INR with 7 items, out of which I am keeping items worth 3500 INR items which is ~50% of the order. As per Jabong as these items were purchased during sale can not be returned, I am highly disappointed with this statement while post sale there is high reduction in rates for all items( can see in website) I had multiple discussions on customer care and email exchanges though did not get any satisfactory response, need resolution on this.
