Jabong.com — received blank box (without product) | |||
I ordered one earphone by jabong on 13jan but i received a blank box in which there was no bluetooth earphone. I made a call to jabong customer care but did not get any response. So this is a last attempt i am making a complaint on jabong. After that if my complaint pudding not resolved then i will make a complaint in consumer court against jabong. As you people have Setup shop to fool customers. They never stick to their services as they have delivered me a blank box inside which there was nothing (Only a charger lead) and also have no regards to the need of customers offer zero customer service and top of all this they always try to fool the customers also. Regarding my complaint you can talk to the delivery boy as i open that parcel in front of delivery boy and that was totally empty. Also i want my full purchase amount return to me other wise i will take some hard action against jabong. Please note the invoice no and attached picture of parcel. Jabong customer told me to that your rfoundhas been deline but that is not the solution. I want my money back as have not received product.
