Jabong.com — refund 714 not received for order "[protected] ".

I have purchased order "[protected]" on 21st march 2018 from jabong and have cancelled same order on "21st march 2018". The order contains two products costing 714 rs and 748 rs for which i didnt get refund amount of 714 (Black color biba kurta). When i called jabong customer care for refund, every time customer care providing me reference of 748 and not for 714. And jabong customer care claiming that they have already initiated refund amount and have to check with sodexo (Sodexo card, which i used for purchasing the order). When i called to sodexo, sodexo customer care saying they didnt get any amount from jabong. Just wanted to know who is fraud here?? Request you to look into this issue Was this information helpful?
