I’ve returned one product on 16 oct 2018 and today is 1 december 2018 i’ve not received my refund yet. Is this what you promise your customers. This response is so unprofessional and careless. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months now and every time i was the one calling and requesting for my own money. This is disgusting and disrespectful i’m sorry but i’m very disappointed. I want my refund and a sorry token let me see how much you value your customers
