Jabong.com — refund for my debited money when order was not placed | |||
On 29.11.18 i had ordered a forever 21 top from jabong. While payment, my amount (Rs 1038.75) was immediately debited from my account but the app sent a notification that "the transaction was successful but order was still not placed." i received my bank statement clearly saying that the amount was transferred to jabong, but then when i checked, the app showed no orders. When i called their customer care, a lady said that she could see my order (Even when i did not say her my order). She asked me to wait for 24hours. But no action was taken. Next day when i called again, the customer care man denied from everything, and was rather rude. The mails sent to [protected]@jabong.com even just keep telling me to wait. It's already been 3 days. Will jabong take any action? Will my issue ever be solved? I have been a loyal jabong customer for so many years, and this is the treatment at the time of crisis? Was this information helpful? | |||
