I had ordered a nike track pant from jabong the product delivered was of not acceptable quality hence i initiated a return. The same day i received a pickup confirmation message from the company and it was scheduled for 11th oct. The next day, i. E. 11th oct, 2017 the pickup person came took my product and denied of providing me a return slip.
Jabong has a policy to collect return slip from the pickup person, so i asked the same from him, which he denied to provide by saying that i will be getting a confirmation message from the pickup company.
When i asked jabong to initiate my refund, they asked me for my return slip, i told them the problem and asked them to investigate on this as this was completely the pickup person's error. They have come up with a solution to "not to refund my money".
I am attaching the details of the pickup person and the mail by jabong.
